Indecomm Global Services has opened a new mortgage lending and servicing outsourcing facility in Charlotte.
Companies will be able to outsource a variety of services to the facility, including the processing, underwriting and closing of loans, the Iselin, N.J., company said Monday. The facility, which opened in late June, is Indecomm's largest East Coast outsourcing center.
The Charlotte center is "one element in our long-term plan to provide resources on demand as our customers' needs fluctuate," Rajan Nair, president of Indecomm's financial services division, said in a news release.
Indecomm provides consulting, outsourcing and technology to businesses in the financial services, pharmaceutical and life sciences, tech and retail sectors.
