LendingQB, IDS Integrate Mortgage Origination, Compliance Software

Mortgage document vendor International Document Services and loan origination system provider LendingQB have integrated their technologies.

The arrangement lets LendingQB users generate disclosures and closing documents through IDS without leaving the system, the companies said in a joint press release Tuesday. It also safeguards inter-system data transfers in an effort to avoid data inconsistencies and the regulatory penalties that can follow.

"Now more than ever it is business-critical that lenders remain in compliance within every single facet of their business, and compliant document preparation is certainly an area of concern," LendingQB president Binh Dang said in the release. "The development of a completely seamless integration between our loan origination software and idsDoc ensures that the data used in disclosures and documents are completely accurate and compliant for our mutual clients."

IDS is based in Salt Lake City. LendingQB is based in Costa Mesa, Calif.
