Naugatuck Valley Financial (NVSL) in Naugatuck, Conn., has added a director with banking experience.
The $942 million-asset company said Monday that Orville Aarons will join its board. Aarons is president of O. Aarons & Co., an investment bank, and had been a chief lending officer at The Community's Bank in Bridgeport, Conn.
Aarons succeeds Jane Walsh, who retired last month.
