Kidd, who recently signed a contract with the NBA's New York Knicks, attended a benefit Nuti was hosting Saturday night for R&B singer Ne-Yo's Compound Foundation, according to media reports.

Nuti is the head of one of the largest ATM makers in the world.

An NCR spokesman declined to comment on the incident. Kidd was charged with drunk driving among other violations, according to those same reports.
