Columbia Bank in Fair Lawn, N.J., will use Trusteer Rapport for Enterprise to protect its employees' computers against malware used for advanced persistent threat attacks.
The $4.6 billion-asset bank will also use Trusteer Rapport for Online Banking to block Man-in-the-Browser malware and secure its online banking customers, Trusteer, a provider of endpoint cybercrime prevention products based in Boston, said Wednesday.
Trusteer Rapport for Online Banking and Trusteer Rapport for Enterprise are part of the company's Cybercrime Prevention Architecture. The online banking product disables key logging and screen capturing of credentials and personal information used for account takeovers and cross channel fraud.
The enterprise product secures client applications such as Web browsers and virtual desktops against exploitation and tampering. It is said to prevent attack reconnaissance and social engineering and stop credential and personal information theft.
