Unisys Corp. has elected Lee Roberts, the chief executive and president of the technology management consulting firm BlueWater Consulting LLC, to its board of directors.
The Blue Bell, Pa., information technology company has also appointed Roberts to the board's compensation committee.
"Lee brings deep understanding of the IT industry, technology trends and customer requirements to our board and we look forward to benefiting from his leadership and insights," Ed Coleman, the chairman and chief executive of Unisys, said in a press release Thursday.
Before joining BlueWater, Roberts was a general manager and vice president at International Business Machines Corp. of Armonk, N.Y. He also was chairman and CEO of FileNET Corp., which IBM acquired in 2006.
