Total System Services Inc. said Thursday that it had added two executives to its senior management group.
Dennis Jones will be a group executive of business operations for TSYS International and Rick Machold will be a group executive and assistant general auditor.
Jones will oversee the operations teams responsible for account migration, data center and facilities, customer care and production support for TSYS' international segment. Jones was previously chief executive at RBS National Bank in the U.S. In his new role, Jones will report to Gaylon Jowers, president of TSYS International.
Machold will serve as assistant general auditor at TSYS and will report to Ronnie Barnes, chief audit executive. Machold, a 26-year veteran of the payments industry and related businesses, will be responsible for providing independent reviews and evaluations of the Columbus, Ga.-based company's operations, information systems, controls, major business processes and reporting functions to provide recommendations to management. Machold was most recently head of enterprise risk for Invesco Ltd.
