Total System Services Inc.'s TSYS Acquiring Solutions subsidiary has signed an agreement to provide services on its platform for Caledon Card Services.
TSYS, of Columbus, Ga., will handle authorization, capture, settlement and other services for Caledon merchants that use TSYS' interchange system. TSYS will also handle dispute processing functions through its dispute and chargeback platforms.
"TSYS continues to establish a strong presence in this growing North American market, and the agreement with Caledon represents yet another step into the Canadian processing space," Mark Pyke, the president of TSYS Acquiring Solutions, said in a press release Tuesday.
Ian Rankin, Caledon's chairman, said in the release that TSYS has the "technological depths to support our clients' various needs."
