VSoft announced Monday that Texas Trust Credit Union has agreed to use the vendor's remote deposit capture technology for its branch offices, online banking and automated teller machines.

Bank technology provider VSoft has agreed to resell services from payments processor First Data.
The Atlanta-based companies said Thursday that VSoft will offer customers First Data's system for processing debit card transactions and managing automated teller machines.
Under the terms of the pact, banks, credit unions and other institutions that use VSoft will have access to the Star network of ATMs.
VSoft also has agreed to add First Data's online banking service, which includes mobile and online bill payment and personal financial management tools, to VSoft's platform.
"First Data's industry-leading card services will not only benefit our clients from an operational efficiency standpoint, but will also drive revenue and transactional volume," Murthy Veeraghanta, VSoft's chief executive, said in a press release.
"This agreement will help VSoft clients meet their cardholders' demand for convenient access to their money, while gaining operational efficiencies and reducing their costs," added Nick Barnes, First Data's senior vice president for financial services product.
