Wachovia BankNames Gunnet, Wilson, and Hill As Senior VPs

Wachovia Bank of Winston-Salem, N.C., has promoted three men to senior vice president.

Keith R. Gunnet, who works in Goldsboro, N.C., has been a senior relationship manager for business banking there since early this year.

Mr. Gunnet joined the Wachovia Corp. subsidiary in 1971 as a sales finance field representative in Goldsboro, and was the branch operations manager in Snow Hill, N.C., from 1972 to 1976. He returned to Goldsboro as its main office manager and later became corporate banking manager. He was made a vice president in 1981.

W. Eugene Wilson Jr. has been the regional corporate banking manager in Augusta, Ga., since last year. He joined Wachovia in 1984 as a management associate in Atlanta and later became manager of business banking for the Atlanta region.

C. Alan Hill works in Greenville; he has been a portfolio manager in the sales finance center there since last year. Mr. Hill joined the bank in 1983 in Kinston, N.C., as a field representative in sales finance. He transferred to Greenville a year later as a dealer credit manager, and was promoted to vice president and office manager in 1991.
