A.R.M. Solutions, a provider of flat-fee collection services, has been selected as one of Goldline Research's "Most Dependable Collection Professionals of the United States for 2009" in a list recently published in Forbes Magazine.
"We started A.R.M. Solutions because we saw that the traditional collection model was not working as effectively as we thought it could. Our flat-fee collection service takes a unique approach to collections; collecting for the lowest possible cost while working to keep the client's future business," according to Brad Jadwin, president at A.R.M. Solutions.
The company touts the flat-fee model with resolving outstanding accounts at more than 2.5 times the national average, at an average cost of $0.07 on the dollar. Clients are paid directly on their past due accounts so they see an immediate increase in cash flow.
"We know that in this economic climate it is important to our clients that they retain every account possible for future business," according to a statement from the company. "Our diplomatic approach allows our clients to continue working with the account after the outstanding balance has been resolved."
Goldline Research is an independent market research firm that evaluates professional service providers to help consumers. Goldline Research's research process includes market analysis, individual company interviews and interviews with consumers to gain feedback on conditions and service levels.
