Hypercom Corp. says its HBNet high-speed transaction data transport service has for the third consecutive year been certified compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard by Igxglobal, a technology-services company.

Moody's Investors Service today announced that its measure of the average charge-off rate on outstanding U.S. credit card receivables during July dropped slightly to 10.52% compared with a record-high level of 10.76% in June. It marks the first decline in the credit card charge-off rate since September.
