Fifth Third Processing Solutions has signed contract extensions for merchant-processing services with restaurant chains Uno Restaurant Holdings Corp. and Damon's International Inc. Uno signed a contract extension for its credit and debit card processing, and Damon's renewed its credit card processing agreement.

Precidia Technologies Inc. says Merchant e-Solutions Inc., an online payment gateway, has certified Precidia's TransNet payment software for use on its network.

Aqua Fill, a water-vending brand owned by Schur Marketing and Technologies Inc., will use Apriva's unattended cashless-payment services, says Apriva, a wireless-payments company.

EProcessing Network LLC, an online payment gateway, says First Data Corp. has certified eProcessing's gateway to connect to a First Data processing platform.
