EVO Merchant Services has Class A certified Hypercom Corp.'s T4210 and T4220 terminals and will market them to its U.S. merchant customers.

Sears Holdings Corp. this week began offering ModaSolutions Corp.'s online payment option eBillme to customers shopping on the Web sites Sears.com, Kmart.com and Kenmore.com.

Elavon Inc. has acquired Carolina First Bank's merchant-processing portfolio of 2,800 existing merchants. Under the terms of the 10-year agreement, Elavon also will receive merchant-services referrals from the bank's 177 locations throughout South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida. Carolina First Bank is the banking subsidiary of the South Financial Group.
