Indra Taps IBM Watson for Advanced Card Data Analytics

Indra Financial Services has begun offering an IBM Watson-powered automatic expertise tool to its leading bank clients’ operations and sales teams.

Payments IT company 50Wise developed the tool, eVision, by combining IBM’sDeveloper Cloud, Question & Answer API and Language Translation API with credit card regulations data.

“This combination of advanced cognitive technology from IBM and immediate efficiency improvements are what we are seeking for our clients, in this case some of the top banks in the world,” said Indra Innovation Manager Mario Robredo in a Monday press release.

IBM has also partnered with Apple to leverage Watson for development, with financial services technology among the use cases.
