Jack Henry & Associates and its ProfitStars division have released an online payments and donations platform designed for financial institutions and their business customers, the company announced Feb. 26.
The platform, called ProfitStars EPS SmartPay Express, can be customized and processes payments in a hosted environment, according to Jack Henry's press release. The offering will become part of ProfitStars' Enterprise Payment Solutions suite.
Through ProfitStars EPS SmartPay Express, financial institutions can supply businesses with a custom-branded Web address and microsite to accept online payments and donations. Financial institutions can also use the platform internally to accept mortgage application deposits, loan payments and other transactions.
The platform supports credit and debit cards, PayPal accounts, Automated Clearing House transactions and PayNearMe cash payments. Business clients also choose to accept one-time payments from customers without requiring them to create an account.
