Customers, who use text messages for transactions, also can use the service to pay phone bills. "The customer will need to text proper, predefined text messages to our call centre number, and the payment will be processed from our end," the spokesperson adds. Customers who transfer funds pay 10 Nepal rupees (13 U.S. cents or 9 euro cents) per transaction. Payments of phone bills are free.
