Global payments processor Payscout has launched a self-service payment portal to process transactions between a business and its debtors, in effect linking businesses to back-end processing facilities without involving bill-collection agents.
Through the Condor portal, Payscout says its payment processing platform will handle self-serve bill payment options that can be accessed at any time in any location.
“Condor was created to bring order and efficiency to the incredibly cumbersome collections process,” Payscout CEO Cleveland Brown said in a Thursday press release. “Accounts receivable management can be a costly and time-consuming practice, involving mailing and calling debtors."
