Pennsylvania-based institution will give back $600,000 to members next month.

The Utah-based CU is issuing a nearly $2 million rebate for 2018 and has returned $13 million to members over last 15 years.

The New York-based credit union has returned more than $7.6 million to members since 2003.

Loan growth in both states exceeded the national average through the first half of the year, along with improvements in delinquencies and average assets.

The state's Q3 numbers show a continuation of positive trends for Wisconsin's state-chartered credit unions.

As the Federal Housing Administration prepares to release its annual actuarial report this month, the industry is questioning how the reverse mortgage program fits into the agency's future.
