Citizens opening another Florida branch.

MIAMI - Citizens Federal Bank said it will open a branch in Boynton Beach, Fla., in January, its third branch in the past six months and 35th in the state.

The thrift opened branches in Clearwater and Boca Raton in July, and others are likely to follow in 1994, said Charles B. Stuzin, chairman and president of the parent, $4.5 billion-asset CSF Holdings.

"Since Jan. 1, our Florida deposits are up by $211 million, and I expect this growth trend to continue throughout next year," said Mr. Stuzin.
