Bank of Zachary Selects Andera's Account Opening System

Andera said Friday that Bank of Zachary in East Baton Rouge Parish, La., has selected the company's oFlows platform for account opening.

The system will enable customers of the $192-million asset bank to open an account electronically, sign and upload supporting documents, and send them to the bank, according to Andera.

"To remain successful, we must differentiate ourselves from the competition, and the best way to do that is through superior customer service," Preston Kennedy, Bank of Zachary's chief executive, said in a press release. "Our choice of Andera enables us to do that, and by eliminating paper from the loan application account opening process, it saves both time for our staff and customers and money for the bank."

"In moving to oFlows, the Bank of Zachary is making it easy for their loyal customers to conduct their banking business from wherever they happen to be and at any time of day or night," Charlie Kroll, Andera's chief executive, added in a press release.

According to Andera, the cloud-based system simplifies account opening online, in branches or the field, and over the phone.
