LINTHICUM, Md. - (10/06/04) -- State Employees CU of Maryland, thestate's largest credit union, said it has signed with ATM Nationalto use the company's surcharge-free Allpoint ATM network. The $1.4billion credit union, which serves 230,000 members, is scheduled togo live with Allpoint on Wednesday, Oct. 6, according to HankMadera, vice president of operations for SECU. The deal will giveSECU members access to about 800 ATMs within the credit union'smarket through the state of Maryland and in parts of Delaware,Pennsylvania and north Virginia, and about 31,000 surcharge-freeATMs nationwide. Allpoint has signed more than 50 credit unions tothe network.
