This past Christmas Eve, a male suspect entered First Citizens FCU and ordered tellers to empty their cash drawers and fill a black duffel bag with money. According to a report from wpri.com, the assailant was armed with an assault rifle—possibly an AK-47—and even fired a round into a wall when one employee positioned near the drive-thru window moved.

Since then, the FBI has established a $10,000 reward for information leading to the robber’s arrest and is encouraging the public to study photos on its national gallery of hold-up suspects.

The suspect, according to descriptions from local police, was about 5’4”, wearing a black mask, black jacket, blue jeans, grey sweatshirt, black boots and black gloves.
