Founders began the process of updating its digital banking capabilities by surveying members about which services they would like to use. Responding to member feedback, the credit union added new online banking capabilities through Corillian Online, integrating bill payment and person-to-person payment access directly into the online banking user interface. There are also plans to add personal financial management tools with AllData PFM from Fiserv. This integration will enable members to conveniently budget, track spending, review account information, transfer money and make payments from a single page.

"Founders Federal Credit Union is dedicated to helping our members understand and gain control of their finances," said Bruce Brumfield, president of the $1.6 billion credit union. "While we serve a largely rural membership, they still expect the latest technology, and working with Fiserv enables us to meet those expectations."

Founders has also deployed Mobiliti to enable mobile banking and payments. With secure access to financial information via three secure modes, SMS text messaging, mobile browser and downloadable mobile applications for Android and iPhone, Founders' members can monitor account activity, locate branches and ATMs, receive alerts, transfer funds and pay bills on the go. The credit union plans to add Mobile Source Capture from Fiserv so members can deposit checks in their bank account by snapping a picture with their mobile phones. A dedicated tablet banking app will be available to customers in the near future.

Founders FCU has been a partner of Fiserv for more than 20 years, using Spectrum for account processing and CheckFreeRXP for bill payment.
