Assured Recovery checks the recoverability ofdata on a replicated system by starting applications that use thedata and verifying that all services, information stores, anddatabases are operating properly. IT managers can add their owntests as well, and can trigger additional automatic actions such asrunning a snapshot on a remote site before the backup of verifieddata on a remote site.
