The luxury retailer Neiman Marcus is now accepting the Discover (DFS) credit card at is 42 namesake stores and its Bergdorf Goodman stores in New York.

Discover cards had previously been accepted online and at some of the retailer's sister stores, including Last Call and Cusp, for several years. In January, the retailer also partnered with Discover to allow cardholders to redeem cash rewards for Neiman Marcus gift cards.
"For us it's about our customers having a seamless experience," said Beth Horowitz, senior vice president of marketing and merchant relations at Discover, in an interview Monday. "This was really the last step, closing the gap of having a full relationship with them."
