Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Credit Suisse Group have acquired 3.88% and 2.77%, respectively, of Bank of Moscow, the Russian lender said Tuesday, RIA Novosti, a Russian news agency reported.
The Russian government is Bank of Moscow's main shareholder with a 46.48% stake, the report said.
