UJB FINANCIAL Corp., Princeton, N.J., said Anne Evans Gibbons has been elected to the board of directors.
Ms. Gibbons is the owner of Elberon Development Co., a real estate holding company, and president of David O. Evans Inc., a real estate management and construction firm.
She also serves as vice president of E-Town Corp., the holding company for E-Town Properties Inc. and Elizabethtown Water Co.
