U.S. Bank, the lead bank and subsidiary of U.S. Bancorp, said Tuesday it bought AIMS Logistics Inc. on Oct. 1.
Under the deal, AIMS Logistics will operate as part of the company's PowerTrack Payment Network.
The purchase is expected to add billions of dollars in invoicing processing volume to the PowerTrack Payment Network, the company said.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
