RBS WorldPay Certifies Way Device

Payment processor RBS WorldPay Inc. has class A certified Way Systems Inc.’s way5000 mobile point-of-sale device for use on its network.

The certification means Atlanta-based RBS WorldPay will provide customer support to merchants who have questions about using the terminal. Resellers, such as independent sales organization, prefer that type of certification because it is simpler for merchants than if the device manufacturer provides the support.

Prices for a way5000 vary online from $486 to $599, depending on the seller.
