The CUSO has added a quartet of new credit unions to its ranks in order to help them focus on improving mortgage lending operations.

Credit unions based in California, Michigan, Illinois and South Carolina have rejoined the CUSO’s fold.

The move aims to ease the compliance and audit processes for credit unions by increaing access to remote services.

The CUSO’s business solution aims to help CUs save money on card processing.

The conversion, scheduled for Q1 2018, will allow the CUSO to expand into the Tampa area.

All critical data to run the CUSO's business operations in the event of a disaster will also be backed up to a location 900 miles away from the firm's offices.

Both credit unions are located in the upper Midwest near Lake Superior.
