- SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (09/25/01) - eFunds Corp., aprovider of electronic payments services, said it has agreed toacquire the 76% of ATM company Access Cash International it doesnot already own for $43.9 million in cash. eFunds, which was spunoff last year from Deluxe Corp., bought 24% of Access Cash lastyear for $20 million. Access Cash owns or manages one of thebiggest independent fleets of ATMs around the country with morethan 8,400 machines.
